Метод contains() інтерфейсу List в Java використовується для перевірки, чи існує вказаний елемент у даному списку чи ні.
Синтаксис:
public boolean contains(Object obj) object-element to be searched for>
Параметри: Цей метод приймає один параметр об'єкт наявність яких у цьому списку підлягає перевірці.
Повернене значення: Він повертає true, якщо вказаний елемент знайдено в списку, інакше він повертає false.
